Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the content of www.bibijis.com and/or submitting an order on our website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy policy available. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately. You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

Placing Orders.

We need 48 hours notice for your order. Placing an order could not be easier. Click on any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished you selection you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. Orders can be placed on this site or over the phone. If the answerphone is on we will get back to you ASAP. Please supply a valid email address and telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary.

Delivery.

We are able to deliver to most parts of mainland UK, excluding some parts of Scotland (where an additional surchage may apply). If you are unsure whether we will be able to deliver please contact us prior to placing your order. Deliveries are usually sent Thursday for delivery Friday. The courier delivers up to about 5pm. If the delivery has not arrived by then the you should contact us by leaving a message on 0845 094 0616 or emailing us at enquiries@bibijis.com. We can then take the matter up with the courier. Saturday delivery is possible but the courier makes an extra charge. This can be quite high so please contact us prior to placing your order. All orders are packed in disposable chilled pads, sealed polystyrene boxes to ensure the product arrives to you in perfect condition. We are unable to give definite delivery times. We know you are busy people and cannot always be in to receive a delivery so our packaging is designed for the order to remain in perfect condition for at least 24hrs from time of dispatch, which is late afternoon on the day before you receive your order. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an appropriate person. If the courier cannot get a signature the insurance is invalidated and consequently no claims can be accepted. We can instruct the courier to leave the order in a safe place at your request but please note we do not accept responsibility for consignments which have been left on your instruction if you are not in. Please note that we require an email from you prior to despatch to confirm a safe place for the courier to leave the package.

Payment.

We accept all the usual credit and debit cards.

Credit Card Security.

All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Prices.

We try to ensure our prices on the website are correct at all times. However, our products are subject to volatile market forces and we reserve the right to change the prices at any time and without prior notification. If you have placed an order affected by a price change we will contact you and not proceed with the order without your consent.

The Site.

We reserve the right to change any details and prices on this site at any time and without prior notice. This includes these terms and conditions. We will honour any genuine order placed before these changes are made.

Guarantee.

Cancellation Of Orders Or Changes To Your Order.

Orders can be cancelled or changes made to them anytime up to 48 hours prior to dispatch.

Liability.

Bibijis Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the products arising from circumstances outside their control. We do not take any responsibility for the goods once delivered, the customer must provide instructions to leave the goods in a secure place.

Privacy Statement.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that you have provided us lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not pass any information onto a third party unless requested to do by law.
