Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the content of www.bibijis.com and/or submitting an order on our website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy policy available. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately. You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
Placing Orders.
Delivery.
We are able to deliver to most parts of mainland UK, excluding some parts of Scotland (where an additional surchage may apply). If you are unsure whether we will be able to deliver please contact us prior to placing your order. Saturday delivery is possible but the courier makes an extra charge. This can be quite high so please contact us prior to placing your order if you require this. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an appropriate person. If the courier cannot get a signature the insurance is invalidated and consequently no claims can be accepted. Please contact us to arrange an alternative address (such as workplace etc). We esnure that your order is package to reach you in the best possible condition - for fresh items, we pack into poly boxes with ice sheets to maximise shelf-life.
Returns.
Our food products are perishable and therefore not covered under the Sale of Goods Act. Refunds will only be given at our discretion. If for any reason you require a refund , please contact us on 0845 094 0616 for a reference number within 28 days of delivery. Refunds can only be made once the product has been returned to us and within the aforementioned 28 day period. If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the cost of the return delivery back to us. If the customer has refused delivery (with no error on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the cost of the return delivery back to us.
Payment.
We accept all the usual credit and debit cards. If you wish, you can also pay by cheque.
Credit Card Security.
All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
Prices.
We try to ensure our prices on the website are correct at all times. However, our products are subject to volatile market forces and we reserve the right to change the prices at any time and without prior notification. If you have placed an order affected by a price change we will contact you and not proceed with the order without your consent.
The Site.
We reserve the right to change any details and prices on this site at any time and without prior notice. This includes these terms and conditions. We will honour any genuine order placed before these changes are made.
Guarantee.

Cancellation Of Orders Or Changes To Your Order.
Orders can be cancelled or changes made to them anytime up to 48 hours prior to dispatch.
Liability.
Bibijis Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the products arising from circumstances outside their control. We do not take any responsibility for the goods once delivered.
Privacy Statement.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that you have provided us lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not pass any information onto a third party unless requested to do by law.
