Each pouch serves 3-4 people, contains less than 2% fat and only 6 ProPoints/11 Syns per pouch. All of the sauces are gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and contain no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.

The sauces last up to 12 weeks in the fridge and are suitable for freezing.
