Important Delivery Information
The normal delivery charge for orders under £25 is £5.95
We run our kitchen along similar lines to a restaurant, rather than a 'manufacturing unit/ factory'. We do not carry stock prefering to cook to order using fresh ingredients, delivered daily, starting from scratch each morning enabling us to give you the maximum shelf life.
To achieve this we need to plan our cooking schedule very carefully indeed and ask that you allow at least 5 working days between us receiving your order and delivering your parcel.
One other constraint to take into consideration when placing your order is that our delivery days are normally on a TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY ONLY - this is to allow the courier to attempt 3 re-deliveries before the weekend.
Please note we normally operate a cut-off time of 5pm WEDNESDAY for delivery the following TUESDAY. Orders placed after that time will be delivered the TUESDAY after - if we have stock (and the time!), we maybe able to get your delivery to you sooner!
So as a guide orders placed on:
- Mondays - the following Tuesday/Wednesday
- Tuesdays - the following Tuesday/Wednesday
- Wednesdays - the following Tuesday/Wednesday
- Thursdays - the week after on Tuesday/Wednesday
- Fridays - the week after on Tuesday/Wednesday
- Saturdays - the week after on Tuesday/Wednesday
- Sundays - the week after on Tuesday/Wednesday

Obviously you can place orders ahead of these dates, something we recommend at busier times such as Easter and Christmas
Delivery is only within the UK Mainland.
Some more remote areas of the country can attract a delivery surcharge, if in doubt please contact us before placing your order
Other areas may be available by request and at a premium
