We don't need to add artificial colours or flavouring, nor do we add endless ingredients. We just use our years of experience to carefully blend a few choice ingredients together to produce a sauce that tastes great!

For example, the ingredients list for Bibijis Tikka Masala goes like this:

Onion, Tomato , Low-fat Yoghurt, Water, Whole Green Chilli, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Fresh Coriander, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Freshly Ground Spices.

That's it. Honest. 12 ingredients! No Sunset Yellow, no stock, no emulsifiers, no starches! Nothing more, nothing less, yet the taste is beyond compare!
