Can I eat your sauces if I'm on a diet?

All of our sauces are low in fat (less than 2%!) so you can use them as part of a calorie-controlled diet.

What is SALSA?

The SALSA scheme is based upon the supplier’s self-assessment against the SALSA standard followed by a formal audit by a professional SALSA approved local auditor. Approval will only be granted to suppliers that demonstrate they are able to produce safe food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the standard. With SALSA approved suppliers, you can be confident that you are buying from a supplier who has practically demonstrated their capability to meet the food safety standards you require. Why can it take longer to receive my order at busy times?

Products ordered for home delivery will arrive by courier service and will normally reach you within 3 to 4 working days from receipt of order. We hand-cook each small batch of our sauces to ensure the quality and freshness are optimal, so please bear with us!

How is my order kept cool in transit?

We use refrigerant pads, which are made from a non-woven polyester fabric and silver laminate and continues to control temperature even above 2°C and is totally safe to handle. You can even put the pads in your freezer to re-use - great for picnics etc!

Are the sauces suitable for home freezing?

Yes. For best results, freeze as soon as possible after delivery.

How should I store the products once received?

Can I personalise my box?

Yes. You can order a mixed box and specify what sauces you want in your selection during the checkout process.

Do I have to order in multiples of 6 sauces and does each of the 6 sauces have to be the same flavour?

We only deliver in multiples of 6 sauces but there is no necessity for each pot to be the same flavour.

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver next day to most parts of the mainland UK, excluding some parts of Scotland. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please ring us on 0845 094 0616 before palcing your order.

Do I have to be in when you deliver?

Ideally we require a signature to show proof of delivery. However, we realise evereyone is busy, so we’re flexible. We will contact you prior to despatch to get special delivery instructions if you will not be in when the delivery arrives (such as 'Leave in back garder/with neighbour' etc). We will then pass these instructions onto the courier.

Please note: We do not accept responsibility for consignments which have been left on your instruction if you are not in.

What if I want to change my order, order extra or place a special order?

Easily done by either emailing us, placing another online order or ringing the order line on 0845 094 0616 giving 48 hours notice and stating your requirements or ask for advice on quantities and prices.

How do I order?

Complete the online form in the shop pages or telephone the order line on 0845 094 0616. We will contact you to take your order. Payment by debit or credit card. Saturday deliveries are possible but the courier charges are extortionate!

What if I want to buy your sauces direct from you but do not have a credit card?

Contact us directly by telephone on 0845 094 0616 or by email: enquiries@bibijis.com - we will be pleased to help with your order - you will be able to pay by cheque. Please do not send us cash through the post.
