Bibijis are a new range of cooking sauces inspired by our passion for curry and our desire to make sauces that provide great taste, healthy living, convenience and freshness. Bibijis unique blend of spices creates a healthy sauce that is full of flavours. As well as being easy to use, they are very versatile and can be used for many different dishes, giving each a surprisingly different taste.

They are not mass produced. They are a fusion of culinary expertise, the best ingredients and the latest thinking in healthy living - ideal for a low-fat diet. All the sauces created by Bibijis are made to exacting standards that have been perfected over centuries. They are all made fresh, with the best natural ingredients.

With Bibijis ® Unique Chilli system ®, all the family can sit down and enjoy the same meal as YOU control how spicy you want the chilli heat to be, from mild to hot! Want it mild? Remove all or some of the whole green chillis before cooking. Want it hot? Leave them in during the cooking process and crush them into the sauce before serving! Like it both mild and hot? No problem! Leave the chillis in during cooking, take out a portion of the sauce for those who like it mild, then crush the chillis in the remainder for those that like it hot!

Our sauces contain no gluten, artificial flavourings, colours or preservatives and give you the chance to savour the true taste of Indian home cooking.

Our repeat orders are exceptionally high - once someone has served our sauce they don't want to go back to second best!

All of our sauces are thoroughly tested, with both shelf life and nutritional analysis being provided by Eclipse Scientific Group, one of Europe's leading independent laboratories, so that we offer the highest standards of quality possible.

All of our sauces are produced to the highest standards in a purpose built factory unit, hand made in small batches and hot-filled into tamper-proof, recyclable plastic containers.

The unit operates a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system and is currently moving towards SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval).
