Bibijis, based in Warwickshire, UK, is a small, family-owned business created by Baljit Kullar-Bell in 2006. Committed to quality, Baljit has broken new ground in creating superb curry sauces based on family recipes, yet with a more healthy modern approach to nutrition.

Baljit says:

"I created Bibijis after friends and family kept telling me how good my cooking was! I was not alone regarding my mum as the best cook around - thanks to years of helping her, I was able to re-create many different mouth-watering dishes that she had showed me.

After the birth of my 3rd child, I decided to see if I could change the recipes so that I could still eat well yet healthily. I'm happy to say, with the help of my husband, I created a range of sauces that were not only healthy and low in fat, but also tasty!

So here I am, a busy mum of 3, yet still manage to eat well and provide for my family - with Bibijis® Unique Chilli System®, being able to control the spice heat means that we can all sit down to eat the same meal as a family, which is pretty rare these days, especially with an 8, 5 and 3 year old!
