Remove all or some of the whole green chillis before cooking.

Leave them in during the cooking process and crush them into the sauce before serving!

Like it both mild and hot?

No problem! Leave the chillis in during cooking, take out a portion of the sauce for those who like it mild, then crush the chillis in the remaining sauce for those that like it hot!

No Ordinary Curry Sauce

Bibijis sauces are gently pasteurised to keep all of the fresh flavours and nutritional goodness locked in for you to enjoy. Our competitor's sauces are treated to a harsher process to prolong the shelf-life, and use lower quality ingredients because there is no point in using the best. To add insult to injury, colours and flavourings have to be added back in to try to mask the subsequent ‘cooked’ taste!

At Bibijis, we believe that simple, fresh food speaks for itself. Go on, see the difference for yourself. When you open a Bibijis sauce, you can instantly smell the freshness. Open one of our competitors and you can smell the ‘jammy’ cooked aroma. Compare the ingredients list – we don’t have to add Sunset Yellow, preservatives, yeast extract, stock (the list goes on and on) – the most frequent comment we get about our ingredients is ‘Is that all?’ and yet we still taste great.

Unlike our competitors, we’ve worked hard to keep our ingredients to a minimum and we don't use any artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives - we believe that our food taste great because it isn't complicated, just pure and simple and bursting with fresh flavours.

As well as being easy to use, they are very versatile and can be used for many different dishes, giving each a surprisingly different taste. They are not mass produced. All of our sauces are thoroughly tested, with both shelf life and nutritional analysis being provided by Eclipse Scientific Group, one of Europe's leading independent laboratories, so that we offer the highest standards of quality possible.

All of our sauces are produced to the highest standards in a purpose built factory unit, hand made in small batches and hot-filled into plastic pouches with recyclable labels.

The unit operates a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system and has been awarded SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval status, only granted to suppliers that demonstrate they are able to produce safe food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the Standard.
